These terms govern access to RM-UCIE (the “Service”), operated by RM-UCIE LLC (“we,” or “us”). RM-UCIE is not open self-serve signup — accounts are created by invitation from an administrator of your organization. By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
RM-UCIE is a decision-support tool: it helps your organization track infrastructure constraints, score them for risk and priority, and record the evidence and approvals behind a decision. Every scored or ranked recommendation is advisory input to your team’s judgment — it is not, and is not intended to be, a substitute for licensed engineering judgment, regulatory authority, or the human approval your organization’s own policies require.
RM-UCIE is currently offered through controlled evaluations and supervised pilot engagements. The underlying scoring logic is under active validation and is labeled accordingly inside the product. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any output the Service produces.
Your organization’s operational data — constraints, projects, alerts, evidence, and related records — is scoped to your organization and kept separate from other organizations on the Service. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you and your team enter, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the actions taken under your account. If your organization has enabled multi-factor authentication for your role, you must keep it enrolled to retain access.
You agree not to:
Service materials, software, and third-party components are governed by applicable written agreements and licenses. Data your organization enters into the Service remains your organization’s data; RM does not claim ownership of it and does not use it to train models or share it with other customers without your organization’s written permission.
RM-UCIE is under active development. Features, scoring behavior, and this agreement may change; material changes will be communicated to your organization’s administrator. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during the current pilot stage.
The Service is provided on an advisory basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM-UCIE LLC is not liable for decisions made using its output, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Either party may end an engagement per the terms of the applicable pilot or service agreement. RM may suspend access that violates Section 4 (Acceptable use) or poses a security risk to the Service or other organizations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The draft status stated above remains in effect pending attorney review.
